Practice Manager – Bossier
Duties: Jill of all trades – I do it all! Receptionist, recall assistant, bookkeeper, expanded duty dental assistant , scheduler, problem solver, supervise employees. I am the go between person for the doctors and the staff. I take care of anything the doctors need. I've worked in the field of dentistry and with PDP since 1980.
Favorite thing about the practice of dentistry: Helping children overcome their fear and have them look forward to coming back.
Favorite thing about working with PDP: My coworkers and our friendships.

Front Office Check-out Coordinator

Duties: Introduce patients and parents to our office. I go over treatment plans and I am with the patient and parent throughout the entire visit. I assist the doctors when other assistants are backed up. I help the hygiene department when needed and I dabble in front desk duties when necessary.
